Legal conditions to purchase in “Potrius”
The present legal conditions of use, run the use of the Website "www.potriusco.com", which is legal responsable Potrius SL, from now on, Potrius.
2) Applicable regulation
This electronic contract is under Spanish regulation, and in particular, under Law 34/2002 for the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE) and General Law 03/2014 for the Protection of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
The contract will not be filed by a trusted third party and language support for its conclusion is Spanish. The present general conditions could be storage and reproduced in any moment for the user who arranges the purchase by selecting options in the web browser, and they shall be accepted before to arrange payment of order.
3) Purchase process
Buying in “Potrius” is simply and easy, you just need to follow below instructions:
1º Select the products you want to buy from the ones offered by “Potrius”. In the product description you will find all necessary information. If you need to know anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us.
2ª Once the product is selected, you shall click “CART” button, adding that product in your shopping cart. If you want, you can add more product to the cart, or proceed with payment directly.
3ª With selection completed, you will have an overview with the articles selected. Finally, to proceed with your purchase order, you shall click “CONFIRM ORDER” button.
4ª At the end of your purchase, you must be registered, by stating your contact details and address. In the next purchases you don’t need to introduce them again.
5º Lastly, you must choose payment method from the ones offered by “Potrius” (see section 4).
6º Once it is finished the purchase process, “Potrius” will send you an e-mail with the details of the purchase order. If you don’t receive it in 24 hours, or if you find any mistake in the information given, contact us through the following ways:

“Potrius” informs that complaint forms are available to the users, in the postal address mentioned in the Legal Notice of this web site.
4) Payment methods
“Potrius” have different methods of payments as below:
Credit or debit card
Hereafter, we specify the conditions for each payment term.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
When paying by credit or debit card, it is made through payment gateway “Stripe”. With this payment gateway, “Potrius” will never collect or manipulate any customer data about its credit or debit card. All the details will be process directly by Stripe, so “Potrius” is able to offer the maximum security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.
The cards accepted by the payment gateway are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you have any doubt, contact us and we will try to solve it.
You are able to arrange payment though your Paypal account. With that, “Potrius” will never collect or manipulate any customer data. All the details will be process directly by Paypal, so “Potrius” is able to offer the maximum security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.
5) Delivery conditions
We will made deliveries to Spain mainland and Balearic Islands. The delivery will be made through Packlink or Correos.
The delivery cost will be free for orders over 60€. In all other cases, the price will be 6,99€.
In certain cases and depending on product availability, our staff will contact you in order to offer you a solution and also to inform you about the delivery date once the product is available.
6) Taxes and customs duties
The PVP of the articles with delivery to Spain mainland and Balearic Islands includes VAT.
7) Pricing policy
All prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except mistake or typographical. In the event of a error on prices which appears on product details, will prevail the fixed price for that product informed by email once we detect that error.
In “Potrius” we wish to satisfy your order. For that, we offer you several methods to made returns of the product which could not match your necessity or expectation.
The product is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly:
We pay many attention that all our ítems and sendings are in perfect conditions. But if you receive a wrong or defected item, you should contact us at once by sending email to email@example.com or calling us at 7220.127.116.11. Before open the product, you shall check that the packaging is the one required: color, measurements, finishing, etc. If you find anything wrong, you should also contact us immediately before open the seal or packaging.
When the product has been damaged during transport, it is imperative that you contact us before 7 days after receive the product, you may also attached pictures and add this incidence in the delivery note of transport company.
The products must be returns protected, including its packaging and all labels and products inside.
We don’t want you to keep something you don’t like, for that reason, you could return the items if the are not adjusted to your expectations. In that way, and as is its stablished by Law of Consumers, you have the right of cancellation.
The exercise of this withdrawal right must be done within a period of máximum 14 calendar days counted from receipt of the product. If there are specials offers, for example, 2X1, and you want to return it, it is compulsory to return all the products of the offer. In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect conditions and with its original packaging, also with all other pieces included. In the event that the product are not received in perfect condition to us, “Potrius” reserves the right to pay out a lower amount in the return, which will be notified to customer.
The reimbursement of the purchase amount will be effective once it is checked the quality of goods and packaging and it will be through the same payment method used in the purchase order, and , in any case, within a period of 14 calendar days as maximum, counted from receipt of the withdrawal request, as long as “Potrius” arranges the collection of the product. If the product is returned though other transport company, the period of 14 days will be counted from the date that “Potrius” has real knowledge of the sending of goods or, if he has none, from the reception of the product.
Return cost derived from the withdrawal right will be under buyer account.
We will not accept returns from product with a expiration date less than a month. We won’t accept neither returns of personalized products, not articules sealed which are not suitable to be returned for security and healthy reasons and which has been unsealed after delivery.
C. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT
If you have not received order yet and you want to cancel it or modify it, you only need to inform us the amendments you want to make, without additional charge if you order has not been processed yet.

All the returns of production, including its packaging and all items inside, must be sent to Partida Altabix 1, 58- 03202 Elche (Alicante).
All products are fully guaranteed for two years in what concerns production defects, in national territory and counted from the purchase order date. The warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse or normal wear.
In the event this product is found to be defective within the warranty period, “Potrius” will proceed, as the case may be, to repair it, to reduce the price or to cancel the contract, arrangements which will be free for consumer.
We shall be responsible where the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years as from delivery of the goods. The consumer shall inform us of that fault of conformity within 2 months since they detect it.
Unless there is evidence to the contrary, it is understood that products are in conformity with the contract, as long as they meet the following requirements:
comply with the description given by the seller and possess the qualities of the goods which the seller has held out to the consumer as a sample or model
they are fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used
they show the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type and which the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the goods.
10) Resolution of conflicts
As it is required by European regulation, we inform our users about European platform for resolution of conflicts in online contracting.
